Christmas Market (Vianočné Trhy)
From the end of November, the yearly Christmas market opens in the Old Town Hall and Hviesdoslav square for Christmas fun. I love this time of the year because winter is here and the Christmas market has vendors where you can eat a traditional Slovak chicken sandwich called Cigánska kuracia and drink hot red wine. A cultural event that has great atmosphere for the holidays as it is the focal point for meeting up with your friends and family. If you come in December, you’ll have a wonderful time in Bratislava experiencing the Christmas Market.
