How much can you earn?

Most native English speakers work as English instructors for the business sectors in Bratislava. Many teach in schools, government buildings, banks, and international corporations. If you would like to work in other sectors, there are many employment possibilities with companies such as: IBM, Lenovo, AT&T, and Dell for those who would like to work at a desk job.

With business booming in Bratislava for the past six years, many international people have worked here on a contractual base.
If you decide to work full-time, most international companies have a starting salary at €800/month in 2010.
Teaching English is also similar, but hours taught are based on an hourly rate.

Usually, English instructors work less than 35 hours/week and can earn about the same starting salary.
